<p>I ordered some winter clothing for my daughter at Spree on the 20th of April, I called in to find out when should I expext delivery they said 2nd May, thats almost two weeks due to the holidays. if I knew I wouldnt have ordered these things so not worth it. I received a message stating that my order is ready for collection at 14:08 Pargo Code 802557 and 969060 I went to collect at 17:30 and after standing there for 30minutes they advised that my order hasnt arrived yet I received two messages from Spree saying that my order is ready for collection.</p> <p>I have ordered at Zando, Takelot, Mr Price, Edgars before but this is ridiculous. Honestly I am dissappointed and fustruated waste of time and my petrol. Honestly they might as well cancel the damn order I am not about to beg Spree for my hard earned money.</p>

We are terribly sorry for the experience received, This is definitely not the impression we tend to provide to our customers.
The matter has been escalated to the Pargo Point as they are aware not to send collection confirmation if parcel is not available at the store for collection.
The Pargo point has however confirmed that the parcel was collected on Sunday successfully, we will be in contact shortly to confirm the collection.
