Spree *******

On the 17th August 2018 I placed an order and paid for it. The three pairs of shoes were delivered and I returned 2 pairs to Spree which resulted to a credit of R402. I requested for this amount to be refinded to me. I have called so many times and met by rude and unhelful consultants. I have been given all sorts of excuses such as the fact that they are busy merging with Superbalist and promises of 48hrs but still no refund. I have sent emails to no avail. I just want my money
