Spree returns -sucks

Close to two months ago I bought my 2 year old son and 14 year old daughter boots off the site. Its not the first tme, I've made numerous purchases. The sizes were a single size or two too small. Thus I filled in the returns online slip and unfortunately it pulled up a " post back" the package decision. I immediately called Spree and spoke to NOLUTHANDO who advised me that's its fine I can leave it at a pick up point- the same one I picked it up from and all will be taken care off. Its been 2months, 2 consultants ,4 emails and no one can help me. All they have done is send me emails asking me to rate the assistance I received. To date- there has not been any communication or resolution regarding getting a refund or the right sized shoes. Just emails asking me about "Kelly".
