Spree returns!!
I'm a big fan of Spree and have shopped on their website a couple of times. Today was the first time I had to return something as the size and fit wasn't right. When I clicked on return, I received an email stating that the parcel will be collected between 3 to 10 days after which it will go to quality check for another 2 days before a refund can be processed. After the refund has been processed, it can take up to 10 days for the funds to reflect on my credit card. So worst case scenario, it takes 22 days for a return to be processed!!! Who will be paying the interest on my credit card? Spree has always had wonderful service, but this is absolutely ridiculous! I have to attend a wedding and bought the dress for that reason, now I need to spend more money to buy a different dress because Spree takes up to 22 days to process refunds! Not happy with Spree's return process at all! They take your money immediately upon purchasing, but it takes them up to 22 days to refund? This is the only reason why I would never again in my life shop at Spree. I love their clothes and the website, but will always be afraid of having to return something! Thanks for nothing Spree :(

The turnaround period may appear to be long, this is however only in the event that we may encounter high volumes of returns being processed and this is most unlikely as we strive to ensure that the couriers collect within 2-4 days. This may be prolonged in the event that you reside outside of a main centre.
As soon as the quality check our finance team receives the notification of the preferred refund option and action this as a matter of urgency. The time-frames are provided as a guideline in the event that there any delays encountered.
We do not wish to inconvenience any of our clients and we are constantly striving to improve upon our services.
