Spree refund

<p>I purchased a pants from spree in june. The order was delivered as promised unfortunately one of the pants did not fit me and i had to return it back. I completed the return procedure correctly and thwy said i would be refunded within 5-7 working days . Its been exactly 1 month 23 days and i still havent recieved my refund . I had to call them to find out why my refund wasnt processed. They only told me on the 1st of Aug that the refund had an error because of my banking details were not up to day so they sent me an email requesting my details, which i gladly provided in full. Another promise was then made that they will refind me within 48 hours. It wasnt!!!! I called AGAIN and they told me its out for approval and will be paid within another 48hour .it wasnt..... i called them today 10th aug and they told me that im not their only client and they have a backlog for refunds. ..... not even once during the month of June to August did i recieve any communication about backlog. And they told me it should be going for approval and i should receive it in anotjer 48 hours..... im so dissapointed in the service provided by spree. Ive waisted my time data and airtime calling sprwe while they show no sense of customer service..</p> <p> </p> <p><br />My request no is ********** 00-1 buhle ndlovu</p>
