Spree... POOR service delivery, PATHETIC customer support and ********* conduct

Shocking service, I have returned goods 2.5 months ago, they have advised after 7 emails and two telephonic conversations that the monies will reflect in my account within 2 business days, a month later and no credit. I have sent an email from another account, in order to ensure it goes through, whereafter outlook advised that my message was deleted without being read. They owe me money, wont reply to any of my emails and when I call, they advise it will be escalated, which was about a month ago... POOR service delivery, PATHETIC customer support and ********* conduct, in summary, they are effectively *****ing from me, as they refuse to return monies due to me. Will see what the Consumer Protection Ombud advises, as I am positive that at some point the consumer needs to be protected against companies like this.
