Spree poor customer service

can someone please get back to me regarding my order. your lines are always busy and no one is responding to my emails. I placed this order on the 4th, sent through Proof of payment as advised by one of your customer service agents but I still have not received any response nor my order.Now im getting emails saying my order is cancelled.# ********** 16 and this is after I spoke to someone who told me that they have processed my order
