Spree online shopping- Shocking customer service

Warning to online shoppers: Buying from Spree- easy. Getting your money back after they send you the wrong item (twice)- IMPOSSIBLE! The useless helpline just cuts you off 9 times out of 10 times. I eventually after countless wasted hours, managed to speak to a manager. I have been waiting for weeks for a refund, being told on 3 seperate occasions that they are processing my refund. I said to the manager that if this was not paid by latest yesterday I was going to place this on Facebook and HelloPeter and I would never purchase from them again. I’ve seen no action.
