Spree Online Shopping Refund

I am highly highly disappointing with Spree. I have been waiting for my refund for more than a week and each time I am being told it is being processed. I called them this afternoon call ref ********** and I was told that they will process a manual claim. Should I have not called who was going to communicate this to me ??????? I am disappointed and will not be purchasing in future as it is a struggle of time to get your money back. Can they please pay me back ASAP.
