Spree Online shopping - DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Please people do not buy from Spree, I bought 2 items from them and did the Online payment, this was on Wedneday 25 July 2018, on Monday 30 July 2018 they informed me that on of the items (the most expensive one) will not be delivered and my store account has been credited. I immediately requested the funds to be sent back to the account I paid it from. No one ever rep**** to my mail. On Tuesday I received my parcel with the other item, the wrong size was delivered, I ordered a UK 4 and a UK 2 was delivered, I requested the item to be exchanged, once again no reply to my mail. I called the call centre, when the agent Oelfia sent me a mail requesting my banking details, which I immediately sent to her, again no reply to my mail. I sent another mail on Thursday 03 August 2018 requesting feedback on my refund, again no reply to my mail. I called this morning to find out what is happening when the agent that answerd said she is requesting the refund and it would only be done on Monday 06 August 2018, I told her this was unacceptable and I want to speak to a Manager. She then put me through to Leroy who is her supervisor, his story was completely different, he said that the refund was requested on Wednesday but it would still only be done on Monday 06 August 2018 and that nothing can be done to speed up the process.

This is how your money will be taken and no good supp**** and you will also not receive your money back. I can guarantee you that Monday they will
