Spree not fulfilling a credit card refund request

Hi there On returning goods to Spree on 6th August, I requested a credit card refund, not a store credit. I received a reference number ********** . I called again and I spoke to Zelfa and the reference for the phonecall was ********** . She said that the refund would be processed to my credit card on Tuesday 28th August. I have called the call centre but am left on hold for 5 minutes at a time, or the phone lines do not work. It's now a month later - 3rd September... this is so frustrating! Kindly fulfill my request and contact me directly ASAP.
