Spree nightmare!!!

After being tempted for a while I finally ordered something from Spree.... Unfortunately it was a less than pleasant experience. I placed my order on the 24th of May and paid for the courier option where the package would be delivered at my door...I was told it would be delivered by the 11th of June...this I found slightly long but left it there. By the 12th when I didn't get my package I sent an email(which still hasn't been answered) and then phoned the customer service nr. The woman in the other end then told me my package has been at my nearest post office since the 28th... But when I asked which one I was just told the one where I live?!? She could even tell me what the system said. Then suddenly the order nr I had received when placing my order was not the one to use when I go to pick up my parcel....so if I didn't phone I would never have gotten this tracking number?!? I find that unacceptable! When I went to my local post office I was told that my parcel isn't in Knysna but in george which is 60km away....now I have to spend extra money to either go an fetch it or have it sent here which is a massive mission.

I am beyond disappointed.... The fault isn't with the post office but with spree.... How can they not know where my parcel is or not give me the tracking number?!? I paid to have it delivered at my door and they least they could do was contact me to say it can't be done... L now my parcel is somewhere and I have to spend time and money to get it to me!!!
