Spree-ming aweful customer experience

Spree is the worst online store ever. The lack of service leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Client centre is always experiencing high call volumes. I have phone and held on the line several times for over 15 minutes. I was lucky to have someone answer only for the impatient rat to hang up on me while trying to explain my situation! Sent numerous mails and I have been lucky to receive an automated response. Spree, thank you but no thanks. Your failure to provide feedback and give you clients that personal touch speak volumes in terms of how much you care......zero!
