Spree lost my order.

I have ordered from Spree several times however with my last order I am still waiting for 2 pairs of boots and a dress. Over 1500 in value. When the courier delivered they admitted that there is a box at the office and they would return with it later. They never did. Emailed Spree several times wuth no response. Phoned twice. First call I was promised a return call the same day and delivery 2 days later. Second call a day after next expected delivery. Was promised if there is no response from logistics they will re issue the order. I am very very disappointed.
