Spree losing the plot

I have been trying to get my refund since 7th September - first, the barcode wasn't working. No responses to my emails, nobody available on the chat function on the app. I eventually called last week ****h) and was told that they'd arrange a manual pickup - package is now gone, but again no word, no refund, no responses, nothing.
