Spree .... its easy ..... I dont think so!
I have been waiting for my refund since the 23rd Oct 2017, it is now the 08th Dec 2017. Refunds are supposed to take place within 10 days, well so they say! I have sent numerous emails with no response & getting through to anyone on the phone is a complete waste of time as no one ever answers the calls. Wonder if they still exist?! I refuse to write off my refund so I will continue to pursue this but I guarantee this will be the last time I purchase anything from Spree. Extremely unimpressed :-(
