Spree is the most unrealible online shopping company - DISGUSTED

I purchased a pair of Madison shoes on spree in May which were too small. I returned the shoes via courier a week earlier. The courier lost my parcel and now I am still waiting for my refund 2 months later. I am completely disappointed and disgusted with the level of service I have received. I have called the call centre about 10 times with promises of having someone call me back and I am still waiting. My advice never buy from spree unless you are guaranteed that it will fit.
