SPREE IS SOOO USELESS!

This is the second time I purchase from spree's online store. The first time I ordered from them my order was delayed by like 3 weeks. They did not seem bothered by making a customer wait that long and had countless excuses. They couldn't even reimburse me. I recently ordered something again and made payment on the 31st of Aug. I didn't use my order number as reference but I immediately called them to notify them but was told that I should email the POP and put my order number as reference and I did so. On the 1st of Sep I called to check if the Pop was received as I knew my order wouldn't be ready by then and was told that payment was received, I call again on the 4th of Sep to check when my order is coming, only to hear them tell me payment wasn't received. I was so furious cause I knew this would delay my order further. These people are *********** and useless. They know nothing of customer service and could not be bothered if they inconvenience people. I did my research and saw that a lot of people complain about how their service delivery is TERRIBLE. Guys I warn you, DO NOT USE SPREE, THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME.
