Spree is ignoring me!

*sigh* I reeeeally hate to have to do this because I usually get impeccable service from Spree, but I.AM.AT.AN.ABSOLUTE.LOSS as to how to proceed!

I ordered a pair of sneakers from Spree, a size 6. I was given a size 7. I have since sent COUNTLESS emails to ask them to swap the shoes for me. I don't want to request a return as I bought the shoes on sale so if I return them, I will pay full price for the right size.

If aliens have not invaded the Spree offices and rendered everyone mute, could someone ANYONE, please respond to me!
