SPREE IS A JOKE!!!

There should be a selection for -5*!! What Spree calls quality control & service is beyond nonexistent. I ordered and paid for Julz leather ankle boots. What I got was previously worn and worn over an extensive period of time, boots.The heel had been resoled and the underfoot sole was black from being worn. The top of the boot had been scuffed that the leather was torn. The leather was wrinkled from what looks like weeks of daily wear!! I phoned to complain. Was told to send an email. I then had to call to lodge a return. Told them I am a first time customer and expected my full refund incl delivery fee. Got and Sms that fedex would collect in 2 days. They never showed. Called to tell them. Was promised they would be there the following day. They didn’t show. Called again. Was told they’d fetch it the following Monday. They actually showed and it only took 7 days!! A week later I get an email that R164 is being paid back! Excuse me???!! Spree owes me R1073 !!! I email all of the above to them. It’s now been 10 days and not a single response has been received!! No manager has called to apologize for the condition in which I received my order nor to apologize for the blatant lack of customer service!! And still no refund!!! Not even the R164 I was told was being refunded. What kind of quality control department does Spree run?? Ridiculous!!!Never ever again will I use this excuse of a company and I will definitely be warning others. Spree has taken me for a ride and I wonder how many others they ***** over on a daily basis! PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC!!!!!!
