Spree? I will never use this service again!!

I had ordered a wallet on the 28th of August for a friend. I supp**** Spree with his contact details. On Friday (31st August), he got a call from Spree telling him that it would be delivered (03 Sept ) between 1 and 5 pm and the address was even double checked and confirmed that delivery should be to the Cape Town Campus of CPUT. He is not at work this week, as it is a term break and made special arrangements to be at work just to collect the parcel (He traveled via a bus from Strandfontein all the way to Cape Town). Then on Monday at 13:25, he got a WhatsApp message from the courier (I assume) saying that they outside the Science building at the Bellville campus. I mean honestly, the address so clearly said Cape Town and was even double checked by a Spree consultant on Friday. When he corrected the guy and said that he said Cape Town, the guy never rep****. Yesterday, was the cut off date that they initially said that they would deliver. My friend then got another call from Spree saying that it will get delivered today, (adress was again, double checked and verified that it is the CPUT Cape Town Campus, building name and room number were even checked) and that the driver should be in town at 12. It is 16:24 and still no sign of the spree parcel. It is honestly disgusting how they lie each time about delivery and that my friend has to go to work each day this week just to sit and wait for a parcel. I am so upset and will never use there service again. They have not even responded to the complaint I had issued two days ago. It is pathetic
