Spree Horrible Delivery

Why does Spree offer same day delivery when they clearly cannot meet that? So I ordered 2 items on Friday morning and delivery for the same day. Around 3 pm l started getting a bit concerned so l called their call center number. I was assured that delivery would happen same day despite the day; l did try to believe her but I just couldn’t. Just after 4pm, l called the same call center - apparently it had been closed so l was now on my own hoping against all odds that I would still get my parcel. Waited until 6pm at the office and still no delivery!

Saturday morning; called the call center and was told to wait for Monday. This morning, called the call center at least 10 times and their lines keep dropping. I have sent tones of emails to their support email address and no one has bothered to respond! I am catching a 10:30 international flight and will be gone until 2019! I just want my parcel that l paid for, is that being unreasonable? After this experience, l will never ever buy anything from spree again and l beg you to consider the same!
