Spree - Horrible customer service

Refering to all email: Request # ********** and all emails from that email address.

I paid R79 for same day delivery, and only got my order 2 days later. I have requested a refund in numerous emails for the past 3 weeks and have not even received a response from Spree.

They are quick to take your money, but their after sales service is horrible.
