spree has the worst service

I bought items online more than a month ago and I still haven't received them. Ive called a million times and it all ends with promises that r never fulfilled. They always blame the courier company company. No ome has taken ownership and assisted me on my countless calls and follow ups. They always promise feedback which i never get. I always use online shops and they are convenient but spree is the worst in service. Ive lost almost R2000 worth of purchases but at spree no one seems to care. They probably have too many customers and I wont buy from them ever again
