Spree has not helped and its bee 2.5 months

my spree app does not place clothes on my cart when I try to purchase something. it freezes everytime I try to pick an item. it's been 1 month since my last complaint but nothing has been done

I logged in this error 2.5 months ago and spree has still not assisted to solve the problem
