Spree has gone to the dumps!!

I always shop at spree and my experience has always been pleasant. However, over the last 4 - 6 months their quality of service has taken a nose-dive. It's been 27 WHOLE DAYS since I logged a request for return. I am still waiting for your courier to pick it up and my payment refundd. I am shocked and apalled at this. Spree used to be so good about responding to queries and processing returns. My last few purchases i have had to hound your customer services and send multiple emails with little progress.

Please kindly send someone to pick up my returns and refund my money so I can close my Spree account. No more.
