SPREE false R100 discount for first time buyers!!!!

<p>I bought 2 pairs of boots @ R399 each (R798 in total). Since my order was above the R250 I qualified for the R100 first time buyer discount. My total was now R698. I received my boots and one pair was damaged, I waited 11 days for the couriers to pick up my return (Spree policy states it takes 3-4 working days). Finally, after they picked up my return I phoned the customer care line to find out when I receive my refund. It came to light that they only refund me R349 for the pair of boots I returned and not R399. I kept one pair of boots (worth R399) which means I still qualify for the R100 discount because I still spent over R250. But now only received R50 because I returned DAMAGED boots. This complaint is not so much about the R50, but rather your lack of promises and customer care. You continue to surprise me with your service in the VERY SHORT time I made use of it!! Like I mentioned in my previous review, it was my first time buying from you and it is most definitely my last and I will spread the word. Shocking!!!! </p>
