Spree doesn't refund.

11th of May - Around this date two orders were delivered. I kept some things and booked a return for some. May 21 - I was still waiting for it to be collected. And had to ask again for collection to happen May 28 ish - It was collected. May 29 - I got a message that one of the order's refund is in process. So i had to ask again about the second one. May 30 - I got a message that my refund was paid and it will take 3 - 5 working days to show in my account. June 11 - still nothing is June 13 - I phone AGAIN and was told it will be sorted that day. June 21 - still nothing.

Spree owe's me R9,563.00!!! I'm beginning to wonder if the company is in financial trouble and trying to avoid refunding me? I'm really shocked at this obvious avoidance or refunding me for products that were returned in perfect condition. I would recommend that anyone thinks very carefully before shopping from them. This is a nightmare.
