Spree doesn't deliver

<p>I purchased an item via Spree on line. Promised lead time for delivery was days. I still haven't received my purchase and have sent emails to them no one has bothered to respond to my emails. I've tried calling their line and never get through. So clearly they took my money and I haven't received my item and will probably not be receiving my delivery in the near future. </p>

I'm not interested in the tracking details. Fact of the matter is there is no other method to have this order shipped but via a courier service. So all I want to know is when am I getting my item. I don't want a tracking number. I want someone to tell me where is my order and I will go and pick it up myself. If that can't be done then I would like to cancel this order because clearly no one wants to own up.
