SPREE- dismal service

Appalling customer service at Spree. My order which they told me had been delivered last Monday never arrived. I have emailed them about 6/7 times and sat on the phone waiting to speak to someone and got no answer for 20 minutes. I then tried contacting them via Facebook and Iv still received no response about where my order is. I’m incredibly disappointed by this service and I will never use them again. I have also been told that they do this often and other people I know are experiencing the same problem.
