Spree disappointing service

I had a bad experience with this platform. I order a white top for a function I was going to on the 7th even paid for express delivery to get it on time but was delivered a day later than expected. When i opened my package super excited i was so disappointed to find a green top instead of a white one. Was so angry as I had planned my outfit around this top guess I learnt my lesson. I use to see posts of peoples bad experiences of online shopping until i had my share. So disappointed with Spree. I already complained nothing is done till now. Was told the package would be collected for them to process my refund even now I haven't received any feedback.
