Spree delivers poor service

I placed an order on 2 Sept 2018 and chose the delivery option for next day being today 3 Sept. My confirmation email stated delivery by 5pm today the 3rd. Nothing until now has been delivered. And to aggravate matters their customer service line closes at 4pm week days. I am absolutely disgusted at the service. If I’m paying for express delivery, I expect it.
