Spree deleting My emails deleted without being read when i need help

<p>I orders a pair of boots from Spree and my order was delivered on the 26 June 2017 which was great and i loved my boots. i have worn the boots for 3 days and yesterday 29th June 2017 i noticed that the stiches on the boots are coming off then i send an email to ********** on the 29th June 2017 @ 16:11 and this morning i received a notification that my email was deleted without being read @ 09:05 then @ 09:09 i s rep**** to the very same notification wanting to know why my email was not deleted without being because i need to be assisted regarding an item that was bought from them and it is not in good quality. It seems like i wont get help from them. @ 11:49 i receievd another notification that the email i send at 09:09 was deleted again without being read.. Are you kidding me am i not goint to be assisted? I need to be assisted regarding the boots i bought from Spree which were delivered on the 26th June 2017 the stiches are coming off. Please Spree i need you to advise me on what to do....</p>
