Spree - Delayed Response/Refund Time

I returned a couple of items 7 weeks ago & still haven't received my refund, I have phoned to follow up & they keep saying they are experiencing delays but still nothing. In addition to that, my mom forgot to take out a R500 gift voucher from the box. I followed up & followed up because nobody was getting back to me, eventually after my 3rd or 4th follow up I received an email saying the voucher wasn't found in the box. Expected I suppose but disappointing nonetheless
