SPREE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT

First of all NO Feedback for 2 weeks, I have emailed support, Phoned support, Facebook-ed them! They sell items that is out of stock and after the 2nd time this happend to my order I have cancelled it and asked for a refund. They're staff says they will fix it, but it never happens and when I ask for the persons name help me they refuse. This is a company you can not trust with your order, they are rude and unhelpful and HAVE NON customer service.
