Spree customer service

Recently Spree has changed their business hours however when calling during their business hours no one is available even after waiting an hour on the phone. I have sent various emails but no response even though I've sent multiple in a week. Ordered an item that I would like to return but have no way to return it, scheduled pick up but no courier pitches up. Service is horrible
