Spree, come on...refund me already

I purchased two items. One was great, the other's colour was different to the picture. They picked up my item the next day and gave me store credit. So far so good.

I have been trying to get that store credit paid back into my bank account since 1 August. I have spoken to the following people: Meridith Africa (3 Aug 2018) and Roxanne (7 Sep 2018). I have send numerous emails, but no reply. It seems like the only way to make contact with a Spree representative is to phone them and hope that the call doesn't drop while you are on hold.

I hate going this route, but hopefully someone from Spree will contact me.
