Spree.co.za is a useless company- 2 orders cancelled for no reason!!!!
<p>I am an online shopper and have had various dealings with a lot of online shops with great results. I have now on 2 occasions ordered online through Spree. I have placed my order and paid via eft and sent a proof of payment via email to the support crew. i am then greeted by a message in my order box saying that the orders have been cancelled even though payment has been made. I have now lost 2 orders.</p> <p> </p> <p>what is worse no one comes back to you when you send them an email asking for help. I am also on hold by them for ages and no one picks up the phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am truly peeved!</p>

Our apologies for your frustration.
We note that the payment method selected for both orders was for card payment. While we acknowledge the payment was made by EFT, the orders cancelled automatically as payment was anticipated via a card option only.
We can also confirm that a store credit was loaded to your profile. A new order has been placed and we have confirmation that your order has been delivered.
