Spree bad after service

I am appalled at Sprees after service. On Monday the 7/12/2015 i was called and informed by the courier that they will come and collect my return items on the the Tuesday 8/12/2015 between 15:30-16:30 or before 15:30-16:30 if they were to be in my area, needless to say Tuesday came and no one came to collect the items. I then later the Tuesday phoned spree and spoke to one of their agents named Andrea, i told her that i would like the courier to come and fetch the items today (Wednesday) between 8-10am ,as they inconvenienced me yesterday already as i waited for them, she said she would arrange for a pick up between these times and no one came today to collect my items and neither have they contacted me as promised by the agent. I want my money to be refunded to me immediately and Spree can collect their items in their own time as i do not want to wait till after my refund to be processed to get my money. I have purchased numerous of times with Zando and their service is much better.I am less than satisfied with Sprees service and do regret shopping with them.
