Spree and their terrible customer service

Spree has the worst customer service. I returned a pair of shoes on the 9th or 10th of May and I am still waiting for my refund!

They only contacted me once saying they did not receive my shoes and I gave them the details or the FedEx truck that came to collect my shoes. I have emailed them numerous times to get an update about my refund with NO response.

Seriously BAD customer service, so disappointing.
