Spree absolutely pathetic

I received a gift voucher for my birthday, I was so excited to order. A lady from the call centre helped me to order and she was very helpful. The next week when I came back from holiday I found that they had sent me the incorrect parcel... Really I don't know how this could have happened I ordered prior to black Friday to avoid this. I have been trying to get a hold of them ever since with no luck. I also sent them emails and have received no response. Honestly I will never order from them again!!!!!
