So disappointed , When will I get my refund!

<p>I am terribly upset with the service from spree. I've spent so much money with them and this is the first return I've logged. I logged a return on the 4th of July. I then chose to drop it at a drop off point, clicks at comaro crossing. </p> <p> </p> <p>When i I got there they didn't even know they were a drop off point and were reluctant to take my package. They said they have had no training and don't understand. I tried to explain pargo which somehow rang a bell and then proceeded to choose customer drop off on that scanning device and scanned the device myself until I got confirmation. </p> <p> </p> <p>The package was dropped off on the 5th of July and still has NOT BEEN COLLECTED. When on earth will I get my refund? I also have already re purchased the items that were the wrong size. I give them so much of business and always the benefit of the doubt but after my latest package comes through I'm taking my business to ZANDO only. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am so disgusted. Firstly the designated areas for drop off don't know what they have to do. Secondly my items are waiting there for collection for weeks. Thirdly there's been no updates or any responses to my countless emails. </p> <p> </p> <p>Refund number ********** 09-1</p>
