Slow slow slow.....

Seriously disappointed with spree's sale. This time im serious- wont ever be shopping there again. You guys need proper size guides for the different brands. I placed three orders - one baby stuff, and two for me. The baby sizes are somewhat ok but a few items will have to be kept as gifts as they are really small for the size they claim to be. As for my orders! 90% of the two orders has been logged for return. Sizes are ridiculously off. But now that I have logged the returns, as usual with spree it will take FOREVER for the money to come back to my account! They havent even contacted me yet. So I will have to wait ages for my +R600 to come back to me! (I logged another return on the 13 July and i am STILL waiting for my money to come to me). Please can u hurry up your process - other websites do NOT take as long to give the customer's money back. Just give quicker efficient service and maybe more people will shop there. Otherwise you guys will be losing customers pretty quickly!!!
