Sloppy courier service

On the 14th of August i logged a request to return a pair of shoes which was supposed to be collected the 15th of August. No sms or contact from the courier. I called spree’s call centre another request was logged which failed. Its 2weeks in and i still need to go through a lengthy refund process because of Spree’s inability to fetch shoes. Its distasteful service as the customer must do the run around and send emails that do not get attended to
