Shoes paid for but not delivered

Ordered six pairs of shoes on the 22 of August 2018 all paid for and they advised that they would be delivered by the 31st of August. On the 27th of August they delivered only one pair and been calling them and sent them an email but till to date, no-one has bothered to pick up the phone and tell me if ever will I get the five missing pairs or refund me. When I contact them, I am forever holding for an agent until my airtime runs out and my email request was resolved after more than a week by Roxanne without resolving the actual query and the only response she provided on email was that she will investigate. Till to date, no delivery and no refund and guess what, they closed their call centre early this week, how convenient (bull****). Can this be sorted ASAP and I will never buy anything from them again, will even stop promoting them and their specials, such service is unacceptable especially to a regular customer who buys from them almost on a monthly basis.
