Shocking Delivery

<p>Hi Spree! I'm sorry to do this but it's out of control how long I've waited for a package to be picked up & swopped.</p> <p>Here are the facts: <br />I ordered a dress online 13th Jan. <br />It was delivered by 15th. The same day I returned the item online & popped it at our company security to be fetched (all I wanted was one size smaller). Expecting it to be at least a day or two to be fetched I didn't stress about it. When 5working days passed I called you guys, when 7 days passed I called again, and again when 10 days passed. Each time your team promised it would be fetched that next day- that they'd spoken to FedEx etc.</p> <p>Guess how long it took to be fetched?? Almost 2 weeks. It was picked up on the 27th of Jan!!!!</p> <p>Since then I have not received one email or SMS advising where my package is or when I can expect the correct size garment.</p> <p>This whole experience has been utterly shocking.</p> <p>The same day I ordered from you I ordered an item from Superbalist. It arrived the next day and I exchanged it for a different size online- guess when the new parcel arrived? 24hrs later.</p> <p>It's not cool guys?? Can anyone tell me where my new parcel is this time around and when on earth I can expect it to be delivered?????</p> <p>Order number ********** 85</p> <p>#neveragain</p>
