Shocking Customer Service
I ordered clothes from Spree on 21st July 2015. Within 5 minutes of placing the order - I emailed them to make sure that the parcel was sent to Cedar Square Post Offuce - nearest to me- as they don't deliver to my home- Craigavon. I heard nothing. I subsequently managed to call them - asked them to look into it and revert soonest - nothing! I have tried numerous times to call - all customer service personnel are busy. I have sent three emails - none have been rep**** to! I have tried to track the parcel online - tells you nothing- useless! If they are going to offer an online service - best they learn from Amazon! Still waiting...
