Shocked by Spree lack of customer service

A week later and still no assistance from Spree, this is the 2 time I’ve experienced the most horrific customer service. I don’t know what you expect your customer with important queries to do...

I’ve called, I’ve email, I’ve live chatted, even tweeted and still no help or assistance. You guys really don’t appreciate your customers.

Then you respond to hello peter with such sallow generic responses, as if your talking to a robot. That is really sad.

I’m really shocked to the core with your behaviour. I have 3 queries & I don’t know when I will receive my money back.
