Shocked at your Response

I purchased a pair of red Zoom pointed ankle boots and when they arrived I wore them the very next day to work. By the end of the day (I work in an office behind a desk for most of the day) the red fabric on the points of the boots were completely off. A couple of days later after lengthy emails back and forth to Spree regarding the quality of their boots, I was told that I shouldn't be wearing the boots the whole day at work anyways! What on earth are shoes for then!!! Totally shocked and disgusted in your approach and response to the situation - you have just lost a customer for ever.
