On 24 Nov 2017 I ordered a package from Spree, although the total of the package was more than R350, they still charged me with the Standard Shipping Fee of R100, although Bloemfontein has never been listed as an outlying area. After numerous emails I have still not received a reply, almost 2 months later. All I received was a standard reply, which was not at all relevant to my query. If this is how to treat loyal customers, I will definitely take my money somewhere else.
